We currently have a position available as a Maintenance Representative at the Holiday Inn Select Pittsburgh University Center. This position has overall responsibility for performing general maintenance work. Key responsibilities of the role include: * Complete minor work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs, patching vinyl, painting, repairs to pipe lines, toilets, sinks kitchen and laundry equipment, etc. Ensure that assigned equipment is prepared and operational for the following day's work.
