Growing hotel development company is seeking a highly motivated and success minded individual to join our growing team of hospitality professionals as the General Manager of a limited service hotel located in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. Candidate must possess excellent leadership and revenue management skills with a hands on approach to the daily operations of the property. General Manager's responsibilities include, but not limited to: *Oversee all property operations. *Develop and implement hotel marketing and sales plan. *Monitor annual operating budget, capital budget and financial performance. * Effectively and consistently sell all products and services at competitive/approved rates; including maximizing revenue from new and existing clients. * Retain existing clients and manage the renewal process in order to maximize retention & occupancy. * Actively generate leads and effectively manage the pipeline generated through marketing/brokers.
