Comcast Cable Communications, Inc. This position is based at our Three Rivers Region office, RIDC Park, Pittsburgh.The territories currently include: Rural Valley, Penn Hills, Tarentum, Castle Shannon, McKeesport, Greensburg and Kiski. Selling areas include: Punxsutawney, Clarion, Oil City, Kittanning, Bedford, Carolltown, and Frostburg. Some overnight travel is possible.Qualified candidates will sell cable, telephone, and internet services to new or existing subscribers within assigned territory. The major duties consist of: Acquiring new and upgrading current subscribers by conducting door-to-door canvas, appointment or referral solicitation in assigned territory. Preparing and executing subscriber sales applications, arranging for installation dates, collecting and remitting revenues. Upgrading and improving sales presentation, knowledge of products, services and rates and attending sales meetings as required.
